  Really disappointed with this restaurant's chef. We ordered two medium-well sirloin steaks and got two blue instead. Ok I am not a chef but when blood pouring out of my steak, I know it is not medium-well. They have attempt to fix(!) our steaks twice and totally brunt one of them. So at the end of the night we have paid full price, with no replacement of steaks and merely an apology. I didn't even see a manager around.
  Worse steak experience of my life, period.
  2 stars? oh that goes to the waiter, at least he tried, and his service was above average minus the steaks.

  Great local spot. We tend to go here either before or after events. Good service, and good food. We have had our challenges in the past, but the staff are usually very good at making up for it later.

  A young couple who were out to dinner on a Friday night were attacked by the staff of this establishment. From what I know they ordered some sort of meal and the chicken was undercooked, when they asked politely for it to be cooked a little longer the server left and came back... she told them the kitchen said NO!!!! Could you imagine? Just when you'd think matters couldn't get worse they were verbally assaulted by the manager and the servers! Telling them to get the F out and never come back - Swearing and screaming! The young woman was pretty pregnant too! Very very disgusting. From a former server I'd suggest teaching the staff about proper costumer service techniques.... I could list them but any properly run establishment should be very aware of these prior to opening (perhaps the staff need to be retrained?). How is this place even legally running? I will NEVER be back and will be sure to spread the word to ALL friends and family to do the same.

  First time in Sarnia, wanted a place to eat and watch the Stanley Cup Finals, was not disappointed. Great food, great beer, excellent service, would definitely come back.
